Getting Started
To begin, each player will need their own regular deck of playing cards. Jokers should be removed from the deck. Once everyone has their deck, the player who was dealt the Ace of Spades will start the game as the “runner.” The rest of the players will be “obstacles.”
The object of the game is for the runner to make it from one end of the “track” to the other without being stopped by an obstacle. The runner starts at one end of the track and flips over cards one at a time. Each card flipped over-represents one space moved forward. When an obstacle card is revealed, that player must put down their obstacle in front of the runner (this can be done with any part of their body). The runner then has to jump over the obstacle. If they are unsuccessful, they must go back to the last checkpoint (the King card). The first player to reach the end of the track wins!
